Job Summary
As a Human Capital Learner, you will support core Human Resource functions across onboarding, administration, wellness, learning and development, and reporting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions will support real business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be unemployed
- South African citizen with valid ID
- Completed a Degree/NQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Available to commit full-time for the 12-month programme
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Capital team
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems
- Coordinate wellness and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in learning and development logistics and support
- Capture data and contribute to compiling HR reports
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects
