The primary goal of a Retail Sales Associate is to assist the management team in the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store’s standards, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed. As an associate, you will be expected to handle transactions, assist with product management, and maintain the store’s overall appearance, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an Adidas Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer Service: Ensuring each customer receives the highest level of service by answering queries, assisting with purchases, and offering product knowledge.
