ARM is currently inviting applications for the role of Digital Communication Specialist, a position ideal for individuals with a passion for digital media, branding, and corporate communication.

What is African Rainbow Minerals is hiring: Digital Communication Specialist?
This role focuses on building and managing the ARM brand through internal and external communication channels. The Digital Communication Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing online presence, and ensuring that ARM’s messaging aligns with its strategic objectives. The position requires strong digital skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver measurable results across multiple platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, communication, or a similar role
• Knowledge of digital communication channels, tools, and techniques
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
• Experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns

Role Responsibility:

• Develop, distribute, and manage digital communication content across platforms
• Measure and report performance of all campaigns, assessing against set goals
• Identify trends and insights to optimize ARM’s digital strategies
• Create and publish engaging content including posts, videos, and graphics
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital communication
• Analyze market insights to recommend effective communication channels
• Support the Senior Manager: Brand, Communication, and Media Management with related tasks
