The Anglo American Platinum Graduate Programme is a structured developmental journey that prepares recent graduates for leadership and specialized roles within the company. Participants will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into the mining sector while honing their technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
General Requirements
To qualify for the Anglo American Platinum Graduate Programme, you must :  
- Have completed your degree within the last 12 months or are due to graduate by December 2024.  Â
- Have no more than 12 months post qualification completion, work experience.   Â
- Be a team player with strong leadership potential.  Â
- Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.  Â
- Must be willing and able to work in remote areas, with relocation support provided where necessaryÂ

Location of positions: You will rotate annually between Anglo American laboratories based in Rustenburg, Mokopane and Polokwane over the period of the programme.

Geomatics: Mine Survey Graduates X4
Be at the forefront of transforming raw materials into valuable metals as a geomatics: mine survey graduate. Your knowledge will optimise our processes, promoting efficiency and sustainability in our world-class operations.
Number of positions: 04
Location of positions: You will rotate annually between Anglo American various mining operations in Thabazimbi; Mokopane and Burgersfort.
Qualifications:
- Have completed Bachelor of Science in Geomatics; OR Bachelor of Mine Surveying (Honours)Â
Hydrogeology Graduate X1
