Anglo American Process Cadet Learnerships 2024 The Anglo American Process Cadet Program is a unique opportunity for individuals from our host communities to launch a fulfilling career in the processing industry. As a Process Cadet, you’ll gain valuable on-the-job experience and develop essential skills through a comprehensive 8-month training program at our Mogalakwena Complex. This program is designed to empower you to maximize your potential and make a real difference in your community. The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external 8- month Process Cadet program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an 8-month external Process Cadet program
- Undergo on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex, focusing on Crushing and Screening operations
- Develop skills in various aspects of the processing industry
- Contribute to the success of the Mogalakwena Complex team

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (minimum 40% pass mark)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A South African driver’s license is advantageous
