- Curriculum Vitae: The Z83 form must be accompanied by a detailed and recently updated Curriculum Vitae (CV). List all experience in chronological order, including the institution, position, and dates (DD/MM/YYYY) to accurately calculate years of experience. The information on the Z83 form must match the CV.

- Medical Surveillance: The recommended candidate may be subjected to medical surveillance as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Act 5/1993.
- Practical Exercises/Tests: The Department reserves the right to utilize practical exercises/tests during the recruitment process to determine candidates’ suitability for the post(s).
