Role Responsibility

  • Monitor supplier quality performance and log non-conformities in the regional supplier complaints registry
  • Record and track customer complaints via the global database (eQMS)
  • Oversee product quality performance of third-party manufacturers and update MI reports
  • Document meeting minutes and prepare regular quality performance reports from Castrol engagements
  • Track and record Quality Observation Conversations (QOCs) against global benchmarks
  • Coordinate Inter-Laboratory Correlation Program (ILCP) testing samples and compile results
  • Manage F2103/New Product Introduction (NPI) process
  • Coordinate and track new product introductions and product changes with stakeholders
  • Distribute customer complaint samples to relevant manufacturers
  • Track Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress for customer complaints
  • Monitor audit findings and ensure timely closure with third-party manufacturers
