Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification
  • A facilitation certificate
  • 2–3 years’ experience in training or facilitation within the retail industry

Additional advantages include:

  • 1–2 years of cashier experience
  • A tertiary qualification in Education, Training & Development (including moderator, assessor, and facilitation credentials)
  • Familiarity with SAP and retail systems

Role Responsibility
As a Cashier Development Trainer, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver training sessions and coaching to POS staff
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify gaps
  • Demonstrate use of POS equipment and systems
  • Facilitate group discussions and learning interventions
  • Assess training effectiveness through surveys, observation, and interviews
