Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification (essential)
- Basic numeracy and mathematical skills
- Computer literacy with basic understanding of POS systems
- Background in retail or FMCG is advantageous
- Understanding of merchandising, promotions, and stock management principles
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
Role Responsibility
- Deliver superior customer service and act as a brand ambassador
- Process all point of sale (POS) activities efficiently and accurately
- Scan merchandise and process payments, ensuring cash handling safety
- Enroll and promote the Clicks Clubcard loyalty programme
- Make customers aware of promotions and special offers to maximize sales
- Support merchandising and housekeeping duties in line with store standards
- Ensure shelves are replenished and well-presented at all times
- Share product knowledge with colleagues and customers
- Contribute towards the company’s vision of being the first-choice health and beauty retailer
