About the Heineken Traineeships 2025-2027
Heineken is currently seeking graduates interested in gaining professional work experience through its structured traineeship program. The Heineken Traineeships provide broad exposure to various supply chain functions, with a focus on planning. Participants engage in improvement initiatives, temporarily assume specific roles, and gain hands-on insight into the organization’s value chain and business fundamentals.

Graduates participate in intensive programs covering different supply chain streams within a dynamic manufacturing environment. They contribute to challenging projects that foster both technical and professional growth, receiving continuous coaching from experienced technical experts. The program includes an Action Learning Project, ensuring graduates apply theoretical knowledge to real business challenges.

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in BSc Engineering
• South African citizenship
• Strong academic results at tertiary level
• Computer literacy
