Role Responsibility:

• Assist customers in opening accounts and handling queries
• Drive sales and activations through mobile product demonstrations
• Execute mobile marketing campaigns to increase registrations
• Record daily sales activity and provide management updates
• Organize displays at outlets, promotions, and events
• Guide customers through FICA document submissions
• Promote sign-up bonuses and demonstrate app usage
• Manage and safeguard mobile sales equipment
• Complete all required training sessions weekly
• Roam between branches when needed
• Support additional operational requirements of the business
