• Foundational customer service skills
• Optional: Knowledge of a third language

Role Responsibility
As a Dis-Chem Pharmacies Cashier, your duties include:

• Registering all customer transactions accurately
• Handling various payment methods (bank cards, coupons, vouchers, etc.)
• Assisting customers using Dis-Chem Loyal Cards
• Being familiar with company partners (e.g., Medihelp Lifestage, Discovery, Health Care, Legacy Lifestyle)
• Ensuring confidentiality regarding daily store earnings
• Processing returns with prior approval
• Monitoring cash flow responsibly
• Building professional relationships with customers
• Addressing customer inquiries about merchandise
• Following Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ standard operating procedures
