About the Trafalgar Learnership 2025-2026
The Trafalgar Learnership is a structured 12-month programme beginning in March 2026. It is designed to provide unemployed youth with both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to professional property management, develop critical workplace skills, and enhance their employability for long-term career growth.

This initiative highlights Trafalgar’s commitment to empowering youth from previously disadvantaged backgrounds by equipping them with essential skills, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently unemployed and from a previously disadvantaged background
• Aged between 19 and 28 years
• Matric certificate completed
• Not enrolled in any other learnership programme
• No previous formal employment history

Role Responsibility
Participants in the Trafalgar Learnership will be expected to:

• Gain hands-on experience in property and sectional title management
• Support administrative and operational tasks within the company
• Apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world property management environment
• Contribute to team projects under supervision and guidance
• Engage in mentorship and training sessions for skill development
