What is Tiger Brands Job Vacancy as Van Assistant 2025?
The Van Assistant role is a full-time position based in Randfontein. The position focuses on ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers while managing returned items and maintaining stock integrity. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism to maintain the company’s service standards and customer satisfaction levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
• Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Accurate navigation and route management

Role Responsibility:

• Assist the driver with loading, unloading, and securing goods for transport
• Select correct type, quantity, and quality of products according to invoices
• Deliver products accurately and on time
• Collect empty crates and returned items from customers
• Arrange and display products at general trade outlets according to shelf-life requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of vehicle cab and cargo area
• Report irregularities or unsafe practices to the Sales Supervisor
• Provide feedback on customer activities, attitudes, and perceptions
• Support smooth stock rotation and prevent product damage during delivery
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
