Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements depending on the programme applied for:
- Completed B-degree in relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting Sciences, Internal Auditing)
- Post-graduate studies or prior experience will be an added advantage
- Strong academic track record supported by transcripts
- South African citizenship with valid ID
- Computer literacy and data analysis skills
Role Responsibility
Successful applicants will:
- Participate in structured on-the-job training programmes over 24 months
- Assist senior professionals in project delivery and day-to-day operations
- Work across multiple business areas including Commercial, Procurement, and Global Assurance
- Learn organizational processes and contribute to operational improvements
