As a YES Programme participant, you’ll embark on a structured journey of learning and development, completing 25 modules encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Qualifications and Experience
- Completed Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 34
- Aligned with the Employment Equity requirements of the programme
- Available and committed to full-time work for 12 months
- Keen interest in the transport and logistics industry
- Currently unemployed
- Not enrolled in any academic studies for 2025 or during the programme
- No prior participation in the YES Programme with any company
