The BMW Vehicle Sales Trainee Learnership 2025 is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to build a career in vehicle sales. Participants will undergo:

- Exposure to South Africa’s largest automotive retail group, Motus

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a matric certificate or equivalent qualification

Role Responsibility
During the programme, learners will be expected to:
- Support dealership sales teams with customer service and sales activities
