As a Call Centre Agent for Mr Price Money, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, processing store card applications, and ensuring accurate customer information. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Query Management: Responding to customer inquiries, managing correspondence, and addressing needs swiftly to provide a seamless customer experience and minimize delays or complaints.
- Employment and Information Verification: Conducting telephone verification of employment and personal details for applications, ensuring accuracy in customer data.
- Customer Database Management: Updating the customer details on relevant debtor systems, maintaining a precise and up-to-date record.
- Store Card Application Processing: Assisting with the processing of store card applications for various divisions, helping expand Mr Price’s customer base (specific to outbound agents).

Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Grade 12 qualification
- Experience: At least one year of call centre experience, preferably handling new accounts; experience in processing account applications is advantageous.
Essential Skills
Successful candidates will have:
- Understanding of Industry Legislation: Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, POPI (Protection of Personal Information Act), National Credit Act, and ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa).
