Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers and passengers.
- Provide support with issues such as flight delays and cancellations.
- Guide customers through processes and offer assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standard of professionalism.
- Work collaboratively within a team and adapt to shift-based schedules.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 4 years of proven experience in a Call Centre environment.
- Relevant travel or customer service qualification will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English – verbal, written, and reading proficiency.
- Competent computer literacy and data-capturing skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer engagement abilities.
- Must have no criminal or credit record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Access to reliable transport is beneficial.

Work Shifts:
- 07:00 – 16:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00.
Note: All shifts may include weekends and public holidays.
