Key Purpose of the Job
As a Bank Better Champion, your role will include:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring efficient queue management in the branch.
- Assisting clients with ATM transactions and guiding them through self-service channels.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while gaining the skills and experience required for a Service Consultant role.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Experience
- Required: None. A Grade 12 National Certificate is sufficient.
- Ideal: Some client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent Vocational Certificate.
Knowledge
- Minimum:
- Basic mathematical calculations.
- Effective engagement and communication with clients.
- Clarity of personal career aspirations, with a willingness to learn.
- Ideal:
- Familiarity with branch operations in banking.
- Awareness of Capitec Bank’s products and internal processes.
Skills Required for Success
