Purpose Statement:

Capitec Bank, South Africa’s fastest-growing digital bank, is hiring ATM Assistants in KwaZulu-Natal. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with Grade 12 to gain valuable experience in banking while supporting Capitec’s ATM network. As an ATM Assistant, you will ensure that Capitec’s ATM machines are operational, well-maintained, and offer seamless service to customers.

Experience:

• Minimum: No prior experience required; a Grade 12 National Certificate is necessary.
• Ideal: Experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Ideal or Preferred:
  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
