Additionally, they will offer support to clients using Capitec Bank’s Internet and Mobile Banking services.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in an inbound contact center, as well as customer service experience.
- Qualifications (Minimum): Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Client Service Consultant
- Location: Various branches across South Africa
- Purpose Statement: The Client Service Consultant role aims to enhance clients’ lives by providing excellent service, meeting their needs, and supporting them in banking better through the Global One product offering.
- Experience:
- 3 to 6 months of previous client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- Candidates with no experience but with a relevant tertiary qualification will also be considered.
- Ideal Experience: More than 1 year of client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment. A demonstrated track record in a sales and client-facing environment is preferred.
- Qualifications (Minimum): Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred): A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field, with certification in Finance or Banking being an advantage.
