Key Responsibilities

• Client Welcome and Queue Management: As the first point of contact, you will greet clients warmly and manage the flow of the branch efficiently.
• ATM Assistance: Help clients with their ATM transactions and guide them on using remote or self-service channels.
• Client Service Excellence: Provide outstanding client service, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Skill Development: Gain valuable knowledge and skills in service consulting, preparing you for future career opportunities within the bank.

Experience Requirements

• No Prior Experience Needed: This role is designed for individuals without prior work experience but requires a Grade 12 National Certificate.
• Client Service Experience: While not mandatory, previous experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment will be beneficial.
