Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient branch flow
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations
- Assist clients with various transactions, including deposits, inquiries, and loan applications
- Gather and capture client information accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on Capitec Bank products and services
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
- Basic calculation skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Detectable/recognizable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal system
