Role Purpose:
As an ATM Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients feel welcomed and that the branch operates smoothly. Key duties include:
- Client Reception: Greet clients warmly and assist them in navigating the branch.
- Queue Management: Efficiently manage the queue to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by helping them with ATM transactions and guiding them on how to use remote or self-service banking channels.
- Transaction Assistance: Assist clients in completing transactions using ATMs and other self-service options.

Required Education:
To qualify for this role, candidates must have completed:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Experience:
