Capitec Bank Service Consultant 2024 We’re on the lookout for energetic, self-motivated individuals who share our passion for providing exceptional service in the banking industry. As a Capitec Bank Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage branch flow through efficient queue management.
  • Provide excellent client service by understanding and exceeding their needs in areas such as saving, transacting, credit, and insurance.
  • Accurately and efficiently gather and capture client information for loan approvals and process deposit/enquiry transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell Global One products in the best interest of the client.
  • Present yourself professionally in line with Capitec’s brand expectations.

Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Basic calculations
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail

Additional Information:

  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
