Requirements for Capitec Bank Service Consultant
Experience:
- Minimum: 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail, financial services, or banking.
- Consideration: Applicants with a relevant tertiary qualification will be considered even if they have no prior experience.
- Ideal: Over 1 year of experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking sectors. Additionally, proven sales experience and prior interaction with clients will be highly regarded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Banking will be a significant advantage.
Knowledge:
- Minimum: Basic calculation skills and a solid understanding of retail and consumer service environments.
- Ideal: Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and a clear understanding of internal business processes and organizational policies.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
