Job Description The Insurance Claims Agent (Funeral Claims) will be responsible for processing insurance claims efficiently while ensuring top-tier client service. Role Responsibilities

- Apply knowledge of Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) in all administrative duties
