Cartrack Customer Care Agent Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-call resolution by efficiently managing inbound customer queries.
  • Use effective problem-solving skills to assist customers with smart mobility services.
  • Deliver exceptional telephonic support, ensuring all customer interactions meet service standards.
  • Handle customer retention processes where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions for escalated customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow company protocols.

Minimum Requirements for the Role

  • Completed Matric certificate (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care, preferably within telecommunications or technology services.
  • Experience in customer retention will be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, showing initiative in assisting customers.
