Cartrack Customer Care Agent Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-call resolution by efficiently managing inbound customer queries.
- Use effective problem-solving skills to assist customers with smart mobility services.
- Deliver exceptional telephonic support, ensuring all customer interactions meet service standards.
- Handle customer retention processes where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions for escalated customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company protocols.
Minimum Requirements for the Role
- Completed Matric certificate (essential).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer care, preferably within telecommunications or technology services.
- Experience in customer retention will be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, showing initiative in assisting customers.
