Tasks

As part of the Cartrack B2B Sales Graduate Programme, you’ll participate in a variety of core tasks designed to develop your competence and confidence in sales:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and inside sales campaigns
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage directly with business clients to identify and respond to needs
  • Support the execution of customised sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations
  • Assist in negotiation processes and closing deals
  • Track performance metrics and reporting for continuous improvement
  • Shadow and learn from experienced Relationship Managers

Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following academic criteria:

  • A completed tertiary qualification such as a degree or advanced diploma (minimum NQF Level 7)
  • Disciplines in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field are advantageous

Experience
