Key Responsibilities and Daily Tasks May Include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and preparing reports
- Providing support to the coordination of budgeting processes
- Gathering information for audits and collating data for monthly and quarterly reports
- Performing functions delegated by supervisors and managers
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with presentations
- Actively participating in rotational planning to gain exposure to different tasks and divisions within a specific department
- Engaging in formal progress reviews at the end of each quarter
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- South African citizen under the age of 35 with a valid South African ID
- Relevant post-matric qualification obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning
- No prior participation in any SETA-sponsored internship program
- No previous employment history
