Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or National Diploma in relevant disciplines such as HR, ICT, Administration, Environmental Health, Social Work, Finance, Water Care, Legal Studies, Electrical Engineering, or Town Planning.
- Academic Record: Proof of completed theoretical studies and, if required, confirmation from the institution for in-service training.
- Firefighter Internships: Grade 12 Certificate, Firefighter I & II Courses, Hazmat Awareness and Operations Certificate, and First Aid Level 3.
- General Requirements: Must be an unemployed South African citizen, willing to work in municipal offices and participate in community services.
Role Responsibility
Interns will be assigned to municipal departments where they will:
- Support daily operational functions in their respective fields
