Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Efficient Call Management
- Receiving and responding promptly to inbound customer calls in line with CIPC call center standards.
- Providing accurate, comprehensive information on all CIPC products, services, and processes.
- Customer Assistance
- Resolving customer service requests and queries with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Capturing all call interactions accurately to provide feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Performance Contribution
- Actively contributing to the enhancement of CIPC’s organizational performance standards.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following educational criteria:
- Mandatory Qualifications
- A three-year Diploma, National Diploma, B Degree, or Advanced Diploma in:
- Call/Contact Centre Management, OR
- Communications, Marketing Management, or Business Management.
- A three-year Diploma, National Diploma, B Degree, or Advanced Diploma in:
- Added Advantage
- A recognized Call Centre Certificate will be considered a significant advantage.

- Verification Process: Successful applicants must undergo background verification, including criminal record and citizenship checks.
- Qualification Evaluation: Candidates with foreign qualifications are responsible for ensuring their credentials are evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
