Tasks
As part of Citi’s TTS Ops Learnership Program, your daily responsibilities may include:

- Monitoring transaction accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to compliance policies
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operational execution
- Participating in team meetings and contributing insights and solutions
- Learning and applying tools used in banking operations and financial analysis
- Reporting and tracking operational performance metrics
Qualifications
To be eligible for the Citi Learnership Graduate Program in Johannesburg, candidates must meet the following educational and personal requirements:
- Minimum Undergraduate GPA: 65% or higher
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- Additional Requirements:
- A maximum of 1 year of work experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong academic transcripts must be submitted
- Attach a comprehensive CV, cover letter, and certified copy of ID
