Key Responsibilities
1. General Worker Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain waiting areas, consulting rooms, offices, kitchens, and laundries.
- Dust and prepare clinical procedure areas before patient consultations.
- Sort and replace soiled linen across consulting rooms.
- Ensure waste bins are emptied, and clinic surroundings remain neat and hygienic.
2. Data Capturer Responsibilities
- Capture and update patient records in the clinic database.
- Collect and compile monthly statistics on patient visits and clinic usage.
- Organize patient records in alphabetical or chronological order for easy retrieval.
- Use appointment systems to schedule services for patients.
- Manage stationery orders, clinic records, and printed material to maintain operational efficiency.
- Record departmental meetings, document discussions, and forward them to relevant personnel.
3. Queue Marshal Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
- Provide information and guidance to clinic visitors to ensure smooth navigation of services.
- Monitor patient queues, ensuring efficient flow within waiting areas.
- Oversee the helpdesk and assist with patient inquiries.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
