This program is designed to equip interns with hands-on experience in delivering top-tier customer service while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of municipal services.

Stipend:

  • For individuals with a completed qualification (minimum 360 credits): R9,531.54 per month (basic salary, no benefits).
  • For enrolled students: R3,500.00 per month (basic salary, no benefits).

Job Purpose

The primary goal of the Customer Care Agent Internship is to provide superior and efficient customer service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Interns will work to resolve customer inquiries on first contact while ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery across all touchpoints. Qualifications Required

  • Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4).
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification.
  • Only residents of the City of Johannesburg are eligible for consideration.
