Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assisting Security Officers: Work at access control points, ensuring authorized entry and exit from Council premises.
- Protecting and Securing Premises: Conduct regular patrols to prevent crime and secure Council property and personnel.
- Patrol with Law Enforcement: Work with law enforcement officers to monitor by-law compliance and assist in maintaining order within municipal jurisdiction.
- Managing Access Control: Oversee access control processes by managing registers and confirming appointments.
Eligibility and Preferences
Candidates should be prepared to work in various geographical locations across the City of Polokwane’s Council premises.
