This initiative is designed to empower youth with the necessary hands-on exposure within a fast-paced retail environment, specifically within the logistics finance department of the Clicks Distribution Centres. This is part of Clicks Group’s continued commitment to developing young talent in line with its Employment Equity objectives and transformation goals.
What the Clicks TVET Finance Internship Offers
This internship provides an opportunity to work at one of South Africa’s most reputable retail brands while gaining valuable skills and practical workplace experience in the finance and logistics division. Interns will receive on-the-job mentorship and structured learning aimed at bridging the gap between academic qualifications and professional practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have completed an N6 Certificate in the field of:
- Finance
- Accounting
- Financial Management
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be able to commit to the full 18-month internship duration
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18 and 27 years

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- High levels of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems
