Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be a person living with a disability (PWD) – confirmation may be required
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month learnership programme
- Must be based in or near Cape Town, Montague Gardens
Role Responsibility
As a learner on the Wholesale and Retail Distribution Learnership Programme, your duties will include:
- Attending all training and classroom contact sessions as scheduled
- Participating actively in workplace practical experience under supervision
- Completing required assignments, assessments, and a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)
- Supporting the departmental team with daily responsibilities
- Meeting all competency requirements within the 12-month period
