Clover CSC Learnerships 2025 Clover South Africa is proud to announce its Customer Service Centre Learnership Programme for 2025. This exciting opportunity is designed to equip young South Africans with essential skills and hands-on experience in a professional call centre environment. The programme is tailored to deliver both academic training and workplace learning, enabling successful candidates to earn a recognised NQF qualification upon completion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Selected learners will participate in a structured training programme based at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. Daily responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving customer queries and escalating complaints to appropriate stakeholders
- Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately and timeously
- Informing customers of account status and order issues
- Promoting and selling Clover and Principal products
- Offering new or additional products with product knowledge and promotions
- Participating in team meetings and collaborative efforts
- Supporting team values and maintaining visual management systems

To be eligible for the learnership, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Completed Matric between 2020 and 2024
- Minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Computer literacy (advanced level)
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in any learnership programme before
