This 12-month initiative invites unemployed youth to join Clover’s Sales Department as Merchandisers. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities
As a YES Learner (Merchandiser), your role will involve:
Stock Management
- Ensuring proper stock control in-store and in backup areas where Clover stock is handled.
- Minimizing and documenting returns as per store work plans.
- Preventing out-of-stock situations by placing accurate, timely orders.
Shelf Management
- Maintaining clean and well-presented products on shelves.
- Applying appropriate shelving controls based on store layouts and plans.
- Following merchandising principles to pack shelves efficiently.
- Ensuring fridge maintenance for product preservation.
Point of Sale (POS) Management
- Placing and maintaining promotional materials at designated points of sale.
- Adhering to planograms to ensure optimal shelf arrangements.
Relationship Building
- Establishing strong business relationships with store managers, area managers (AM), head office (HO), customers, and fellow merchandisers.
- Collaborating to enhance product visibility and presence in-store.
