About the Internship
Clover x15 Call Centre Agents 2025 Clover, one of South Africa’s leading branded consumer goods companies, is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated young individuals to join its Customer Service Centre (CSC) Learnership Programme. Based in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, this structured programme is designed to develop skills and provide workplace experience within a professional, world-class Call Centre environment. The learnership is targeted at empowering unemployed youth with a completed Grade 12 qualification, aiming to produce future leaders in customer service and communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Learner in the Clover CSC Programme, you will be trained and actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Call Centre. Your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling both inbound and outbound customer communications
- Resolving customer queries and complaints through appropriate channels
- Accurately capturing and confirming customer orders
- Informing clients of account statuses and delivery timelines
- Promoting Clover and Principal products to meet sales objectives
- Assisting team members to achieve shared goals
- Supporting the team by participating in meetings and collaborative efforts
- Taking ownership of tasks, especially visual management of information

Requirements (write it as it is)
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 4 years (2020 – 2024)
- Average of 55% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Currently unemployed
- Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before
