Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Graduation Timeline: Matric completed between 2020 and 2024.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum average of 60% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in advanced computer literacy.
  • Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed.
  • Prior Learnership Participation: Applicants must not have participated in any previous learnership programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As a Learner in Clover’s Customer Service Centre, you will:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

  • Handle inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently by liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Order Management

  • Accurately capture customer orders based on the daily call list.
  • Notify customers of accounts on hold and confirm orders in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Escalate order-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Sales and Product Promotion

  • Introduce customers to new products, features, and special offers.
  • Promote and sell Clover and Principal products based on customer needs.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Contribute to team success by supporting team goals and objectives.
  • Assist teammates in achieving shared outcomes, and participate in team meetings and activities.
  • Share responsibility for maintaining visual management of information.
