Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Learner in Clover’s Customer Service Centre, you will:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Order Management
- Accurately capture customer orders based on the daily call list.
- Notify customers of accounts on hold and confirm orders in line with standard operating procedures.
- Escalate order-related issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Sales and Product Promotion
- Introduce customers to new products, features, and special offers.
- Promote and sell Clover and Principal products based on customer needs.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Contribute to team success by supporting team goals and objectives.
- Assist teammates in achieving shared outcomes, and participate in team meetings and activities.
- Share responsibility for maintaining visual management of information.
