Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
- Grade 12 with English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- South African citizenship
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
- Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or full-time studies
- Must not have completed the same qualification/learnership previously
- Must be available to work six days a week
- No criminal record or adverse credit history
- Willing to undergo criminal, ID and qualification verification
- Valid Driver’s Licence is advantageous
- A post-matric qualification in Sales & Marketing will be beneficial

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to daily call schedules
- Implement Coca-Cola visual merchandising standards and maintain brand presence
- Ensure product quality, shelf availability, and visibility according to RED scorecard
- Rotate stock effectively to reduce expired product
- Assist with promotional campaign execution
- Educate customers on how to use MyCCBA for ordering
- Support retail teams and provide relief assistance when required
- Provide feedback to the Sales Account Developer and engage in performance reviews
