CTrack YES 4 Youth Programme Opportunities Ctrack, in partnership with Youth Employment Service (YES), is committed to creating diverse workplace opportunities for young individuals. Our joint efforts aim to reduce unemployment rates and empower South African youth by equipping them with essential skills and providing meaningful workplace experiences. These initiatives significantly enhance their prospects of securing long-term employment.

Who can Apply?
- Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative.
- Aged between 18 and 29
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must reside close to the workplace area
- Must not have a criminal record.
- Must be able to start employment 1 June 2024.
- Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
- Qualification aligned to the position would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily/monthly/weekly quality control on all agents within the CSC.
- Ensure that quality feedback is provided to the Agent as well as to the Reporting Supervisor.
- Identify all training needs analysis and schedule training in advance for all CSC employees.
- Identify training requirements within the CSC and ensure that staff receives refresher training every 6 months, as and when required.
- Training all new employees starting in the CSC environment.
Customer Management:
- Coping with clients, being polite at all times when conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
