  • Selling Schedule 1 medicines or scheduled substances
  • Assisting with compounding, manipulation, and preparation of non-sterile medicines
  • Unpacking and merchandising stock while maintaining clean dispensary and OTC shelves
  • Accurately interpreting prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
  • Picking, packing, labelling, and checking medication
  • Managing stock by monitoring expiry dates and ensuring correct organisation
  • Providing health-related information to promote awareness
  • Assisting with scheme authorisations for chronic, HIV/AIDS, and oncology medication
  • Handling patient follow-ups, call centre scripts, and service calls
  • Reporting shortages or errors to the Dispensary Manager
  • Receiving dispensary stock in line with company SOPs
