We are looking for male Grade C Armed Security Officers who are passionate about safeguarding people and property. The primary location for these roles is Tembisa, but the operations are based at OR Tambo Airport, one of the busiest and most strategic locations in the country.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the safety and security of designated areas
• Conducting routine patrols
• Monitoring security systems
• Responding to incidents or emergencies with professionalism and urgency

This is a fixed-term contract position, meaning you will be engaged for a set period, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and operational requirements.

Experience and Skills Required

• PSiRA Grade C Certification: A valid PSiRA Grade C certification is a minimum requirement, and only applicants who hold this will be considered.
• Firearm Competency Certification: This is compulsory for all applicants. Candidates must have a valid firearm competency certificate, as armed security officers are entrusted with firearms as part of their duties.
• Professionalism: We seek individuals who are not only well-trained but also presentable and professional. As an armed security officer, you represent Eagle Eye Security Specialists in the public eye, and maintaining a professional demeanor is crucial.

Certification and Training

Applicants must have the following certifications:

• PSiRA Grade C Certification: This is the minimum certification required to be eligible for the role. If your certification is not up to date, we encourage you to renew it before applying.
• Firearm Competency Certificate: This is mandatory. Due to the nature of the job, applicants must be fully competent in the use and management of firearms. This ensures that you can carry out your duties as an armed security officer safely and effectively.
