This comprehensive 4-year training programme combines institutionalized learning with hands-on, on-the-job training. Upon successful completion, participants will obtain a recognized Trade Test Certificate/Qualification. Successful candidates will sign a four-year internship agreement and receive a stipend as per Eskom’s policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

2. Electrical Learnership

3. Rigger Learnership
