Available Positions
The programme offers two primary learning paths for individuals with different qualifications:
- Learner Technicians (6 Positions)
- Qualifications: Fully Completed S4/National Diploma/B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Process, or Civil Engineering.
- Engineers in Training (6 Positions)
- Qualifications: Fully Completed Engineering Degree (B Eng/BSC Eng) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Eskom Learning Programme at Komati Power Station, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications as specified above.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but applicants will undergo a recruitment process. Successful candidates will be placed in various Eskom Operations across different divisions.
