The Experian Consumer Care Learnership is a structured program designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in managing consumer disputes and delivering exceptional customer service. The learnership focuses on developing digital literacy, problem-solving, and communication skills while exposing learners to multiple digital engagement channels, including social media and online platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification (NQF Level 4)
- Customer Service Certificate
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Digital adaptability and social media proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated teamwork, accountability, and target orientation

Role Responsibility:
- Manage inbound calls to resolve queries related to credit reports
- Handle consumer complaints received via email, web forms, and social media platforms
- Capture, investigate, and close disputes in alignment with NCR regulations
- Support Experian’s self-service platform, Up, including activations and troubleshooting
- Engage with consumers across multiple digital channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, HelloPeter, and the Experian chatbot
